The ActiveAccess authentication platform components are:
- Administration Management Server: a centralised, easy to use and role-based configuration, user management and reporting facility used by administration staff to configure, manage and support user authentication.
- Authentication Server: a high-performance and scalable authentication server supporting protocol level messaging for multi-factor and 3-D Secure user authentication.
- Enrolment Server: a fully customisable enrolment website designed to allow users to enrol and maintain devices for multi-factor authentication and to allow cardholders to enrol their cards and maintain their authentication details with Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and/or JCB J/Secure.
- Registration Server: a web service allowing organisations to automatically upload user registration details from legacy applications.
- Client Integration Application: to assist organisations integration with the ActiveAccess platform, GPayments provides simple client-side applications. For multi-factor authentication, the application handles the necessary security and communications between the client application and authentication server. For 3-D Secure, the application automates the uploading of registration messages, handling the necessary security and communications between the card management application and registration server.
