ActivePayment Professional is a payment gateway system for individual merchants or Internet Payment Gateways using the Ingenico OCV Server. It supports multiple credit cards; multiple currencies; and multiple Ingenico OCV payment servers, connecting to one or more acquirers.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING THROUGH MULTIPLE CHANNELS
ActivePayment Professional accepts payment requests from other software applications such as websites, POS, IVR, ERP or Billing Systems. It routes these requests to the appropriate Ingenico OCV Server to handle authorization processing with acquirers. Following a response from the OCV Server, ActivePayment Professional transfers control back to the requesting application. ActivePayment Professional also provides the ability for staff, such as call centre staff, to manually enter payments, pre-authorizations and completions. This provides an opportunity for ActivePayment Professional to provide a consolidated view of a merchant's transaction processing.
COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
ActivePayment Professional provides full administration capability in a web interface for either single or multiple merchants. This includes transaction searching, graphical analysis of peak transaction periods and customized reports. Naturally, these transaction reports can be exported in MS Excel format for reconciliation purposes and imported into other applications for customized reporting. ActivePayment Professional also allows the provision of managed payment services to other merchants who do not have an existing channel for realtime credit card processing.

ActivePayment Professional is a fully compliant solution for Verified by Visa, certified by Visa International. It can be provided to all online merchants that use the OCV Server and does not impact the existing OCV Server software.
GUARANTEED SECURITY AND TRANSACTIONAL INTEGRITY
ActivePayment Professional is a bank grade security application. It uses Triple DES encryption in addition to full strength SSL for transactional integrity. It also uses server-side session management, which creates unique keys for every connection to the payment gateway. All sensitive data is encrypted prior to data storage in database tables, which reduces the risk of internal fraud. ActivePayment Professional also provides multi-role access for system administrators, business administrators and helpdesk staff.

ActivePayment Professional is designed as a filter between a merchant's existing applications and the OCV Server system. EASY INSTALLATION
ActivePayment Professional has minimal hardware requirements allowing it to co-exist with your existing OCV applications. It works on Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 operating systems and supports MS Access, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle for data storage. ActivePayment Professional comes with a simple installer and a wizard to assist you in setting up and testing connection to your OCV Server(s).
