GPayments presentation covered the implementation process that merchants will be required to undertake to adopt the long awaited <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.gpayments.com\/article\/exploring-out-of-band-authentication-in-emvco-3d-secure-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D Secure 2 payment authentication protocol<\/a>. 3D Secure 2 will benefit online merchants by providing a frictionless payment experience for their online shoppers, also supporting payments on mobile devices and via merchant apps.<\/p>\n<p>Safe and secure online payment methods, such as 3D Secure 2, are essential to combat online card-not-present fraud.
